Most of our products are handmade and we allow you to customise products without an additional charge. We always aim to make, sand down, package and post products as soon as possible but the quality of your product is really important to us, so below is some guidence of how long items can take. Please note that items often arrive earlier than these time frames where possible and if our turnaround is changed, it will be on the banner and you will also be contacted with an update. Feel free to contact us prior to ordering for a more specific estimate.

The information below is important and apply to ALL products to be delivered or posted. If you can collect from Colne then the lead time will be reduced but please remember these are subject to change, always order early to prevent disappointment. These are only a guidance, items may arrive earlier or slightly later but we will always keep you updated. If you are last minute shopping, please use the ready to go items or contact us via social media or email and we will let you know which items we have in stock and try our best to meet your deadlines where possible (including custom designs).

Epoxy Resin Custom Orders (excluding keepsakes): 21 working days from when order has been confirmed.

(This gives me time to make the product, sand it down, package and post. Some epoxy resin items need multiple pours so the time frame allows me to complete custom products of all sizes.)

Wax Melts Custom Orders/Gift Boxes: 14 working days from order confirmation.

Home Fragrance Products (Excluding Wax Melts) : 10 working days from order confirmation.

Ready to go and stocked items (this will apply to certain wax melts, epoxy resin and other items , if you are unsure please contact us: 5 working days from order confirmation.

Bespoke Keepsakes: This is dependent on the product ordered as well as what is being embedded. We recommend always contacting us before you place a keepsake order so that we can discuss in more detail.
